Tai Chi (also called Taiji Quan) and Qigong are traditional arts that are an intrinsic to Chinese culture and traditional medicine; it is widely believed that practicing Tai Chi can promote health and improve longevity.  Nowadays, it is often used in conjunction with western medicine as alternative medicine.

Tai Chi was developed through a long journey of proper breathing, body alignment, balance and kinesthetic awareness.

Its form systems refine postures in a quiet and natural way, requiring consciousness.

Its movements are rooted in traditional martial arts and transcend from the way clouds slowly drift in the sky and how water flows.

Many elements come into play; Concentration through a calm and serene mind; Bringing up the body’s Qi energy, the integration of the element is the basic essence of the Yin-Yang.
